Particularly photos that are of small size with low resolution and in poor quality will not be accepted to be edited. This is to keep the high level of our clients satisfaction - graphics designers are very limited and unable to apply many techniques when working on small photo and therefore the final effect can not be fully satisfying. In order to keep the quality of the service high we therefore do not accept such orders.
Any use of watermarked photo modification samples without making the service payment is is strictly prohibited. All photomodifications and related materials used in making an order will remain the property of FaceGreatLook until payment has been received in full. Then user has full rights to use the photo modification made by FaceGretLook.com - that includes personal, educational and professional use.
Facegreatlook.com intent is to provide our clients service held to the utmost professionalism. We will do everything to prepare every order with all due attention however we are aware that there is not objective way to estimate quality of modified photo. Therefore facegreatlook.com understand and accept any client unwillingness to make payment for the service. If client feels that his order has not been to the standard presented at the example photo modifications shown on the page he might refuse to pay. Therefore he needs to declare it within 14 days along with short description about the changes on the photo he finds are not of his expectations.
No matter of the reasons presented in the client's declaration FaceGreatLook.com will not request any payment. Facegreatlook.com reserves right to put photo modifications examples (original and modified photo) that have not been paid or declared not to stand client's expectations to be used by FaceGreatLook.com particularly to be put in public service where user can vote photos so that FaceGreatLook.com could find out opinions about photo its modifications and therefore continuously improve their quality.
Facegreatlook.com bears no responsibility for any use of photos by the users.
By sending photo to modification user confirms that he has full rights to the picture. Facegreatlook will not be held liable for copyright issues of the photos sent by clients since upon ordering they agree on this terms.
